His name is Julian Barratt! He's half of the comedy duo that makes up The Mighty Boosh :D http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9IjGNJPNyzU (although it's kinda hard to get a gist of what the show is about from just one clip. haha)

Most of the fangirling tends to go towards the other fellow (he was in the red suit), Noel Fielding (who is also a cutie pie, don't get me wrong), but I love guys like Julian ^_^ (old guys. hahah)
